Yorgo Roumanis

Yorgo Roumanis
At 25 years of age Yorgo (left, with Transport Canada Inspector Ray Beland in the background) holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the Royal Roads University and has excelled in the sport of Olympic Wrestling. He has taken his flight training from the Victoria Flying Club and currently holds a Commercial pilot license with a multi-engine, IFR, float, and Instructor Class IV rating. Yorgo is the regional winner for British Columbia and the 2005 Webster Trophy Winner. The Snowbirds presented Yorgo with the book A Tradition of Excellence, and will be giving him a ride in a Snowbird Tudor.
Jonathan Locher

Jonathan Locher
At 21 years old Jonathan is seeking a career in commercial operations. He is continuing his flight training at the Edmonton Flying Club and presently holds a private pilot license with a night rating. He is enrolled in university in the Faculty of Engineering and has an interest in digital circuitry and nano technology. Jonathan is the regional winner for Alberta.
Paul Iafolla

Paul Iafolla
Paul was awarded a flying scholarship course through Air Cadets in 2002. He currently holds a commercial license with a night rating and will continue to fly out of Harv’s Air in Steinbach Manitoba where he took his training. At the age of 20, Paul is a dedicated officer in the Air Cadet program and assists in the areas of training, range and biathlon. Paul is the regional winner for Manitoba.
Stacey Paquette

Stacey Paquette
Stacey is 21 years old and holds a commercial pilot license with a multi IFR rating. She was awarded a gliding and flying scholarship through Air Cadets and obtained her license at the National Flyers Academy in Breslau Ontario. She completed her commercial training at the Sault College and is looking forward to a career in commercial operations. In her spare time she continues to assist with the Air Cadet program. Stacey is the regional winner for Northern Ontario.
Barak Marcos

Barak Marcos
Barak is 20 years old and holds a private pilot license with a multi, IFR and night rating. He presently takes his flight training with Seneca College after competing against 140 others for the opportunity to enter Seneca’s program. He has an interest in computer hardware and software, electronics and robotics. Barak is the regional winner for Eastern Ontario.
Arthur McKay

Arthur McKay
At 23 years old Arthur holds a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Windsor. He obtained his private pilot’s license with a night rating at the Windsor Flying Club. He is working towards a career in either commercial operations or the Air Force. Art is the regional winner for Western Ontario.
Josée Demers

Josée Demers
Josée is 31 years old and holds a private pilot license with a night rating. She currently trains at the the Mascouche airport though the Academie de L’Aviation. Josee is passionate about flying and is working on her commercial license and instructor rating. She is the regional winner for Quebec.
Matthew MacKinnon

Matthew Mackinnon
Matthew is 19 years old and currently holds a commercial pilot license with a multi and IFR endorsement. Matt has an avid interest in all aspects of aviation especially history and design. He enrolled in the Moncton Flight College on the advise of a program manager and is aiming for a career in commercial operations. Matthew is the Atlantic regional winner and the 2005 Webster Trophy Competition Runner-up.
